Hostverax provides web hosting, VPS, offshore hosting, and dedicated servers.

2. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activities
• No spam or abuse
• No harmful scripts or attacks

3. Offshore Hosting Clause

Offshore hosting provides increased privacy, but does NOT allow illegal activities. Users remain responsible for content.

4. Payments & Billing

All services are prepaid. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

5. Uptime & Liability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but are not liable for downtime, data loss, or business interruption.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating policies without prior notice.

7. Backups

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
